All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge:

* Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD.
Orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Bougie Brat Hair LLC is not responsible for:
* Payment processing delays
* Bank or transaction fees
4. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed, shipping typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Bougie Brat Hair LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Bougie Brat Hair LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.
5. LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available in Baton Rouge, LA.
* Pickup times are scheduled after purchase
* Customers must arrive within their scheduled window
* Valid ID and order confirmation may be required
Failure to pick up within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation without refund.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of human hair products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, all sales are final.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
* The order was received damaged, or
* The wrong item was sent
To qualify, items must:
* Be unused and unworn
* Have zip ties, bands, and packaging intact
* Not be combed, brushed, cut, colored, or installed
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order number and photos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible:
* Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, cut, or altered
* Custom or made-to-order wigs
* Sale or promotional items
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by Bougie Brat Hair LLC.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.
7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with your bank.
If a chargeback is filed, Bougie Brat Hair LLC reserves the right to:
* Submit all order documentation to dispute the claim
* Refuse future service
* Permanently block the customer from placing future orders
