Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks Policy

Due to the nature of human hair products and for hygiene and quality control purposes, all sales are final. However, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We will only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The order was received damaged, or

  • The wrong item was sent

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be unworn

  • Have the zip ties, bands, and packaging intact

  • Not be combed, brushed, cut, colored, or installed

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or messaging Bougie Brat Hair with your order number and photos.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, cut, or altered

  • Custom or made-to-order wigs

  • Sale or promotional items

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Bougie Brat Hair.

Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with Bougie Brat Hair, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with your bank.

If a chargeback is filed, Bougie Brat Hair reserves the right to:

  • Submit all order documentation to dispute the claim

  • Refuse future service

  • Permanently block the customer from placing future orders on BBHair.co
