Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Wigs or bundles that have been worn, installed, cut, or altered Custom or made-to-order wigs Sale or promotional items Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Bougie Brat Hair. Refunds If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
